Driver Minimum Requirement Guidelines:    

Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines

Driver experience

  • Tractor/Trailer: one year (1) OTR driving verifiable experience

Must have a valid :

  • Valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsements in state of residence

  • No current license suspension or revocation

No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last one (1) year as follows:

  • Excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 15 mph or more above posted speed limit

  • Reckless driving as defined by the state or local law or regulation, including but not limited to:

  • Driving a motor vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property

  • Hit and run

  • Leaving the scene of an accident

  • Failure to report an accident

No Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs in the last seven (7) years

No more than:

  • Four (4) moving violations in the past 36 months

  • No more than two (2) moving violations in the previous 12 months

No preventable DOT accident or at fault accidents within the last three (3) years:

 

  • Must be 23 years or older
